Good to know
What do I need to rent?
An email address, a phone number, and a passport, driver's licence, NIDA or Z-ID number on your first booking.
Are there kids' bikes?
Not yet — our current fleet is adult-sized only. Riders must be at least 12 years old.
How do I unlock the bike?
From your ride page on your phone, or by scanning the QR code on the bike. No staff needed.
Where do I return the bike?
Lock it back at the station where you picked it up, before 10pm.
Can I cancel?
Full refund 24h+ before pickup, 50% between 6 and 24 hours, no refund within 6 hours.
What if something goes wrong on the road?
Every bike is GPS-tracked. Call or WhatsApp +255 679 41 4220 and we'll come to you.
